Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, née le 25 octobre 1984 à Santa Barbara, Californie, connue sous son nom de scène Katy Perry, est une chanteuse pop américaine. Élevée par des parents pasteurs chrétiens, Katy a grandi en écoutant du gospel et en chantant enfant dans son église locale. Après avoir obtenu un diplôme (GED) au cours de sa première année d'école secondaire, elle se mit à poursuivre une carrière dans la musique.
